KOVI is an exciting new fast casual concept that specializes in fusing healthy and organic Korean  and Vietnamese cuisine. KOVI started out on a food truck, using Chef Vi Nguyen's vision to put a twist on Asian street food. Our menu includes Bulgogi steak, Dak Galbi lemongrass chicken, slow roasted caramelized pork, and organic lemongrass tofu in your choice of Korean BBQ Tacos, Banh Mi sandwiches, Rice bowls, or Protein bowls.  We are also introducing a new item in our new restaurant, Poké Bowls! Deliciously marinated salmon/tuna over rice with your choice of over 18 sauces and toppings. We will also be offering daily specials that will include items like sous vide pork belly, grilled octopus tacos, shrimp tacos, fish tacos and a signature special featuring a braised short rib burrito w/kimchi fried rice.  We will offer different options for slaws, toppings, garnishes and sauces that include kimchi, pickled daikon & carrots, red cabbage & kale, asian slaw mix, fresh cilantro, basil and mint salad, roasted corn relish and roasted edamame.
